>>Floating Sampling
The mobile float type water collection system consists of a water collection pump, a front-end spring filter screen, a float, a fixed anchor or cement pier, and a cable.
The mobile float type water collection scheme is suitable for sites with large water level changes, wide areas, and steep banks in the watershed. The movable float type water extraction scheme can make the float float float up and down with certain water level changes, and at the same time, it can move horizontally to a certain extent. In this way, it can ensure that the water collection outlet is located 0.5-1.0m below the water surface and can collect water samples during the dry season of the river. The horizontal movement can improve the reliability and safety of water collection to a certain extent, preventing damage caused by collisions with external objects.
The float is designed in a circular or streamlined shape to reduce the impact of water flow and avoid the attachment and entanglement of floating objects and weeds in the river.
Feature:
▪ The material of the float is high molecular weight polyethylene, which has the advantages of sealing, thickness, acid resistance, alkali resistance, and antifreeze.
▪ The filtering device is made of high-strength and finely spaced stainless steel material, which can provide good filtering effect and prevent blockage of the water collection pump.
▪ According to the on-site situation, the water collection pump adopts a submersible pump, and the water collection pipeline adopts high-quality UPVC pipes. The control system is equipped with the function of automatically diagnosing the fault operation of the sampling pump.
▪ Manual and electric ball valves are installed at the end of the water collection pipeline. By controlling the valves, the water collection flow rate and pipeline cleaning can be adjusted.
▪ The rubber hose and UPVC pipeline at the front end of the water collection are covered with high-quality insulation material rubber sponge, which can provide thermal insulation and prevent the water collection pipeline from freezing. For project sites in extremely cold environments, a heat tracing strip is wrapped around the periphery of the water collection pipeline to provide heat tracing during the cold winter season, protecting the water collection pipeline from freezing damage.
